The safety and wellbeing of both our clients and therapists is our top priority. To ensure a secure and professional environment, please note the following:

CCTV or discreet video recording may take place during treatments If Nicola feels it’s appropriate. This is strictly for safety, safeguarding, and accountability purposes.

Recordings are not used for promotional purposes unless explicit, written consent is given.

Footage is stored securely, kept confidential, and only accessed in the event of a safety concern or legal requirement.

When booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy has been put in place to protect both our therapists and clients and to maintain a respectful, professional space for all.

Inappropriate behavior or any conduct that makes Nicola feel uncomfortable will result in you being asked to leave immediately. In such cases, full payment will still be required.

At Be Brave ASMR Spa, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and ensures dedicated time is reserved just for you.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. 

Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
