No, ASMR is not sexual. It is intended solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. If any behaviour is deemed as inappropriate, you will be made to leave.

All ASMR experiences are for over 18's only.

Previously, the ASMR experiences were exclusively available to females. They are now open to all individuals over the age of 18, though only a select few experiences are available to men.

Inappropriate behavior or any conduct that makes Nicola feel uncomfortable will result in you being asked to leave immediately. In such cases, full payment will still be required.

Guests are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the consultation form. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere in the salon, it is recommended that guests refrain from arriving too early and keep noise levels to a minimum.

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before to help prevent the spread of illness and protect the health of others.

Please note no refunds will be given due to illness or any other reason, as Be Brave ASMR Spa booking policy states upon booking a non-refundable deposit is required.

Due to the nature of the services, ASMR experiences must have 50% non refundable deposit upon booking and the rest paid via card on the day of your appointment. There are no exceptions. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 72 hours notice. 

*Be Brave ASMR Spa* is currently open to anyone over the age of 18. We operate two Sundays a month, from 12 pm to 7 pm, by appointment only. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

At Be Brave ASMR Spa, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and ensures dedicated time is reserved just for you.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. 

Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

CCTV or discreet video recording may take place during treatments If Nicola feels it’s appropriate. This is strictly for safety, safeguarding, and accountability purposes.

Recordings are not used for promotional purposes unless explicit, written consent is given.

Footage is stored securely, kept confidential, and only accessed in the event of a safety concern or legal requirement.

When booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Yes, we have dedicated car parking for Be Brave ASMR Spa. The parking bays are sign posted with 'Glow Parking'

Guests are kindly requested to disclose any allergies, dietary requirements, intolerances, or medical conditions to ensure that their experience is safe, comfortable, and tailored to their needs.

Cancer patients are advised to get GP advice before booking any massage type of ASMR experience. 

Yes, the salon is fully wheelchair accessible, and we are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all disabilities.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for any amount. They make a great gift for any occasion. These can be purchased online or in person.

They must be used within 6 months of purchase and are non-refundable. 

Any out of date gift vouchers won’t be accepted.

Yes, you have the option to have your ASMR experience filmed and featured on her YouTube channel and other platforms. To select this option, please choose the 'Filmed' option during the booking process. By selecting this option, you will receive an automatic 10% discount on your session.

The videos will be carefully edited to protect the guest's modesty, maintaining privacy as it would in any spa setting. No personal information or names will be shared. If you wish to have your session filmed but have specific requests, such as not showing your face, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 Nicola holds the rights to all video footage and audio recordings.
