Spa Bookings & Cancellation Policy

*Be Brave ASMR Spa* is currently exclusively open to FEMALES and operates two Sundays a month, from 12 pm to 7 pm, by appointment only. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the nature of the services, ASMR experiences must have 50% deposit upon booking and the rest paid via card on the day of your appointment. There are no exceptions. Upon booking please confirm that you are either female or purchasing for a female.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. If you cancel before the 48 hours, you can either rebook or have a full refund. If you cancel within the 48 or are a no show, you will not get a refund. There are no exceptions.

If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment to ensure the well-being of Nicola and other clients. Given the nature of the ASMR experiences, illness can easily be transmitted.

ASMR Spa's are very rare and appointments are highly sought after, with guests traveling from around the world to visit *Be Brave ASMR Spa* and Nicola, these policies are necessary to ensure smooth operations.
